Quality, Procedure & Process Control

Buronga Truck Sales and service Pty. Ltd. Trading as Mildura Truck Centre sell and service quality assured products, our policy is to provide quality assured total after sales support to our customers for the lifetime of the product.

To achieve this Mildura Truck Centre will ensure that:
  1. The company policy is implemented in a systematic way, and maintained to the Australian and International standard as determined by AS/NZ 9001:2000 with the exception of Design and Development of product.
  2. Employees are encouraged to be involved in the decision making process and to take responsibility for the quality of all products and services.
  3. Employees have the training and the resources necessary for them to perform their work and carry out their responsibilities at the level bound by this policy.
  4. Customer requirements are accurately defined and that the subsequent sales and services provided are performed to customer satisfaction.
  5. Regualr reviews are conducted to gauge the effciency and effectiveness of proccesses and to guide changes when necessary to ensure continual improvement.
