TAUTLINERS
AUTOHOLD®
The AutoHold® eliminates the need to manually fasten and unfasten every buckle when accessing the load space on a TautLiner. Robust construction to withstand day-to-day punishment.
The AutoHold® curtains close every time, even in wind, due to the sequential fastening system. Curtains fasten, starting from each end of the trailer, slowly pulling the curtain closer to the trailer and removing the chance of missed catches.
Available in straight and drop deck designs as well as single, B-Double and road train configurations.
EZILINER®
Air operated rams and a high tensile cable running through a series of arcs in the bottom of the curtain create the vertical tension simply and reliably. The pneumatic operation and faster loading/unloading will make your operation much more productive and efficient.
INSULINER
The Freighter Insuliner utilises high quality, long lasting curtains that maximise thermal performance, which results in minimising refrigeration fuel costs and keeping produce fresh.
The added convenience of side loading makes it easy to load anywhere. Available in straight and drop deck designs as well as single, B-Double and road train configurations.
SAFE-T-LINER
The Safe-T-Liner offers a much faster turnaround time giving you the potential for more drops per day in local delivery/short-haul operations. Not only does it meet Australian Load Restraint Guidelines*, there are clear benefits for drivers not having to contend with gates or buckles.
The lack of buckles and the built-in gates add to the clean lines and appearance of the Safe-T-Liner. While the Safe-T-Liner is designed for sideways load restraint, if required, we can also assist with design solutions for vertical and longitudinal load restraint.
LOAD HOLD
The Load Hold curtain, first developed in 2008, underwent a re-design in early 2019. Safe Load webbing is now the link between our new specifically engineered anti slip buckle and the new Maxus flexible anti-wear roller.
The great benefit of this Freighter design is that it meets the Side Load Restraint Guidelines for many types of loads, removing the need for traditional load restraint devices.
It has been tested to meet NTC Load Restraint Guidelines with a unitised load of 1,400kg per pallet space for common loads and up to 2.0 tonne per pallet space with load specific Freighter Engineering approval.
T-LINER MARK II
The T-Liner MARK II uses just 6 buckles on each side to secure the curtain, compared to 22 on a traditional T-Liner.
The T-Liner MARK II buckle is specifically designed to achieve higher tightening forces, which combined with the unique attachment method, achieves the same amount of vertical tension as produced by a standard T-Liner, only with less buckles.
T-LINER
The Freighter T-Liner was the first mass produced curtain sided trailer in Australia and has revolutionised the way freight is transported ever since. T-Liners are specifically built to provide owners with leading edge solutions that deliver lower tare weight and higher payload.
Available as either a 22 or 24 standard pallet trailer, it features enhanced stability and safety through the use of wide spaced main beams and wide track axles, with low profile frames that deliver a lower centre of gravity. Its inherently strong construction is designed to withstand the harshest operating conditions.
SAFETY ENHANCMENTS

SEMI-TRAILERS
DROP DECK SEMI-TRAILER
The Freighter Drop Deck Semi is available as a single trailer, lead, tag, B-double or road train configuration.
Featuring Freighter's short, extra strong gooseneck, the Drop Deck Semi can be specifically engineered to optimise pallet capacity and spacing on both upper and lower decks, depending on your freight requirements.
FLAT TOP SEMI-TRAILER
The versatile Freighter Flat Top Semi Trailer may be purchased as a single trailer, lead, tag, B-double or road train configuration.
The Flat Top Semi Trailer is available in a range of sizes, including either a 22 pallet or 24 pallet specification.
SKELETAL
SKEL TRAILER
Available as either a standard skel or drop deck, the Skel can be configured as either a Single or Tag trailer.
Available in Lead and Roll back lead skel.
TIPPING SKEL
One option is the Freighter Sliding Tipping Skel. When on the road, the sliding chassis mechanism is fully extended to optimise axle load distribution and maximise payload.
When unloading, the driver applies the truck brakes, releases the slider lock pins and reverses the truck to bring the container to the rear of the tri-axle suspension for unloading.
Freighter can also supply Tip Over Axle style skels, depending on your specification requirements and application.
ULTRA LO SKELL
Container transportation is made more flexible and adaptable with the Freighter Ultra-Lo Skel, specifically designed to safely and efficiently carry containers up to 3.2m (10'6) high (with a truck turntable height of 1,025mm).
This is achieved by careful design of the neck structure thickness and series of vertical ribs that provide considerable bending strength without excess tare weight.
LOGGING SKEL
Designed to suit the harsh logging environment, Freighter Logging Skels have the option of a full length cover panel between the chassis rails which protects the trailer's suspension from load debris for increased durability.
What's more, with the option of an automated rear load rack provides added safety by reducing the risk of load falling off the rear of the trailer, improving driver and operator safety.
RETRACTABLE SKEL
The Retractable Skel offers operators outstanding versatility, manoeuvrability and ease of unloading, and is designed to provide a range of carrying options.
DOLLIES
DOLLY
The Dolly's modular design also means there are a variety of available options, which can be easily configured to suit many requirements.
Options such as tandem or tri-axle configuration, three-position drawbar, paint alternatives and customised drawbar lengths give the Dolly great flexibility for any transport task.
